Weekend

Friday

Tom and Jeanne and our immediate families will arrive in Annapolis on Friday. That afternoon at 3:30pm, we will have a rehearsal at CBF, and afterwards at 5pm a rehearsal dinner with ceremony participants and family at Preserve in downtown Annapolis. At 8pm, we invite anyone who is attending the wedding and will be in Annapolis by then to join us for a welcome drink at Preserve.

Saturday

The ceremony will start at 5pm (for more info visit the "Ceremony" page). If you are interested in exploring Annapolis, there are many ways to entertain yourself. You can walk around the small historic downtown streets and poke around in little boutiques and antique shops. For coffee and book lovers, we recommend the Old Fox Books and Coffeehouse. You can have breakfast or brunch at many great restaurants and cafes; we liked the Iron Rooster, Boatyard Bar & Grill, and O'Leary's, but there are many more. You can take a boat ride in the harbor, go on a tour of the Naval Academy, check out the boat show, or take the kids to run around nearby Quiet Waters Park. If there's anything you're particularly interested in doing, please let us know and we'll be happy to give you more suggestions, details, and advice.

Sunday

We will host a farewell brunch on Sunday morning from 10am to 1pm at the Doubletree Hotel where the families are staying. Tom and Jeanne are staying one more night at the Westin, and will depart Monday morning for a week in Los Angeles before heading back to Yangon.
